Who We Are

Keep Fighting was created to help individuals reach their highest level of mental healthiness. When struggling to have a healthy mentality, sometimes it is hard to know how or where to start. Our goal is to start the fight before feelings of loneliness and isolation creep in, before someone gives up on their fight. Keep Fighting will assist someone struggling by developing and financially sponsoring a fitness plan and staying connected to make sure goals are met and maintained. We also have referrals for mental health professionals if indicated to further assist in this journey to mental healthiness. We aim to provide these resources, so individuals have the support they need to Keep Fighting their fight.
